UX & UI Design
The CX dashboard empowers customer service agents to efficiently manage loyalty customer accounts in a single platform. Key features include issuing goodwill gestures, reporting suspicious activity, and closing customer accounts.
UX & UI Designer
Our goal is to enhance the web-to-store journey, benefiting both customers and staff. Customers will enjoy a more seamless and enjoyable experience, while staff will gain more efficient tools and systems to optimise their time and workflows.
